Life often throws challenges our way that can feel beyond our control, but we don't have to face them alone. Reaching out for therapy is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you throughout your healing journey. As your therapist, I am here to support you in discovering meaning and purpose, freeing yourself from past trauma, connecting with your authentic self, and reaching your personal goals.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults on a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, burnout, emotion regulation, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. My approach often integrates various techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic exercises, and internal family systems (IFS). I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I collaborate closely with my clients to develop a personalized plan of care that aligns with their individual needs and goals. As your counselor, I consider it a privilege to be part of your therapeutic journey.
Using a person-centered approach, I place you in the driver’s seat of our sessions, recognizing that counseling is a collaborative journey of self-discovery and growth. In our sessions, you'll experience a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you gain insights, develop effective coping strategies, and confidently navigate life's challenges. I am here to offer a comforting and supportive space, working with you to uncover the root causes of your challenges, discover your strengths and full potential, and develop practical strategies to overcome them.
When I am not in session, I love spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Charlie and Teddy. I enjoy visiting local coffee shops, binge-watching Friends, and hanging out with my family.
